Kimberly Silva
Kimberly is a veteran of the nonproft world, with educational training as an accountant. She has built a strong nonprofit skill set that includes financial management, board relations, organizational development, strategic planning, and mergers, consolidations, and strategic alliances. Kimberly leads the assessment, strategy & planning, and measurement & management areas of the firm.
Kimberly is a graduate of Providence College and the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Program. Her current volunteer activiities include serving as a National Trustee for the Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) and as a member of the Mergers and Consolidations committee for the United Way of Rhode Island.
Nicholas Rodrigues
Nick works with nonprofits to build complete marketing strategies utlilizing all available resources effectively to tailor a plan specific to the organizations mission and goals. Nick builds customized programs by using multiple mediums of communicating such as traditional marketing outlets, online marketing, and innovative mediums such as social media, to create targeted and meaningful messages to all shareholders and constituents. His research efforts include emerging technology, sustainable business practices and continually reevaluationg the marketing environment that all nonprofits face.
Nick graduated from Bryant University with a BS in marketing and communications, and with a Masters in Business Administration.
Kellie Volpicelli
Kellie has a professional background in forecasting and planning, dashboarding, analysis, and internal documentation creation, control and testing. She is also experienced in accounting, cash management, systems integration, and project management. Kellie helps nonprofits gain efficiencies through the design of new processes and process improvements.
Kellie holds an MBA from Bryant University, and an undergraduate degree in Paralegal Studies. In 2006 she obtained her Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Sarah Cote
Sarah provides administrative support and services to the KSS team. Sarah ensures that information is coordinated both internally and with clients in a timely and accurate manner. She also assists with research, scheduling, and marketing communication.
Sarah has a BS in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University and is currently pursuing a second BS in Biology, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Forensic Pathologist.
